About the Kilgore College Rangerettes Forever Foundation (KRFF)
Founded in 1979, the Rangerettes Forever organization served as a vital alumnae network for decades. In 2019, it was pushed forward to become a 501(c)(3), officially forming the Kilgore College Rangerettes Forever Foundation (KRFF), a dynamic network of women from across the country, diverse in age, background, and experience, united by a shared legacy.
Each member was once selected to be part of the world-famous Kilgore College Rangerettes, a life-shaping experience that left a lasting impact. Today, these alumnae have come together to give back to the program and college that helped mold them. Through their talents, connections, and dedication, KRFF raises vital funds in support of Kilgore College and its Rangerette program.
With representation spanning four decades of Rangerettes, the foundation is committed to creating meaningful opportunities through scholarships, preserving the program’s rich history, supporting current team needs, and building a strong network of alumnae. The KRFF has big goals and an even bigger heart for the next generation of Rangerettes.

Important things to note:
- KRFF Board Member terms are for two full calendar years beginning on July 1st of 2025
- Must be a member of KRFF
- Have ceased being a team member of the Rangerette line for two full years prior to nomination for the board of directors
- Left the Rangerette organization in good standing
The commitment is 2-year terms with the option to extend up to 4 years. A variety of expertise is needed, including but not limited to finance, event planning, fundraising, project planning, mentoring, social media, Canva design and use, and more.
Some experience with Non-profit, Parent/Teacher Organization, and Booster Clubs are a plus but not a requirement.
The nominating process occurs annually, and the new board is announced at the beginning of June.
